Velcourt provides a farm manager working to a management plan within an agreed structure. Velcourt charge a nominal fee for their management, however its principal remuneration is in the form of an agreed share of profits. Where appropriate, Velcourt is able to provide working capital in the form of a loan to the business.

Enterprise management is increasingly integrated into formal Stewardship Schemes and the farms work closely with environmental agencies in order to protect and enhance wildlife habitats. By obtaining sustainable profits, Velcourt's clients can afford to invest in specific conservation projects and the maintenance of their farm's infrastructure.
