Contract Farm Agreements

We are farmers,technology providers, and managers of rural business.

Velcourt pays for machinery, labour and fuel. The landowner or tenant pays for seed, fertiliser and sprays and some specific overheads, and operates a farm business bank account. Both landowner and Velcourt receive a 'first charge' from the farm profit.

Any surplus to be divided by an agreed rate after deduction of interest on working capital. Velcourt assumes full responsibility for the day to day running of the business and is responsible for achieving agreed financial targets.
