CEREALS 2010

The central theme of the 2010 demonstration is Sustainable Food Production.  The key areas impacting on this theme will be demonstrated and will include productive capacity to meet total food demand, waste management, input optimisation together with environmental integration.  The Cereals Challenge is a new feature where agricultural colleges put their collective wit and skill against each other to produce the best crop.
