This year Velcourts demonstration will focus on two key areas. One question consistantly asked by visitors to our site is "what are you doing on your own farms?" Our 2008 demonstration will feature a model farm which is representative of our own farms. Cropping, agronomy and cost structure will mirror commercial units. Details of budgets and resource structure including power and machinery will complete the picture.
Providing a contrast to the model farm will be a research area which will look at some of the "far away" projects which Velcourt's R & D team are involved with. Velcourt has a dedicated team of seven who provide a stream of new initiatives to our own farms.
