The Role
Velcourt Wakerley Ltd. is seeking three reliable and hardworking grain carters to join the team for the upcoming harvest season, starting on 1st July and running through to the end of Harvest in early September.
Comprising 2,500 hectares, Velcourt Wakerley is an established farming operation spread across Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire, growing wheat, barley, oilseed rape, peas, and beans.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Grain Carter, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient running of the harvest. Working closely with our experienced harvest team, you will be responsible for:

Grain carting using Case Puma 185 tractors with 16t Bailey trailers.

General farm work.

Other jobs associated with a large combinable business operating across several locations.
Candidate Requirements:

Tractor driving experience required.

Full UK Driving Licence required.

Minimum 18 years old

Applicants must be able to show evidence of the right to work in the UK.
