The Role
Velcourt, one of the UK's leading farm management companies, is seeking a motivated Arable Operative to join our West Norfolk operation on a permanent basis.
This is a rare chance to build a rewarding long-term career in arable farming.
Key responsibilities
The position will include drilling, fertiliser application, cultivations including ploughing using a Case Rowtrac, relief spraying, out loading grain, and machinery maintenance.
Key attributes for the role
Familiarity with GPS technology and a Telehandler ticket with PA1 & PA2 certificates would be advantageous, though full training is available for the right candidate. Above all, we value a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and on your own initiative.
